Fun fact, Mike Martz, a man with the 22nd best winning percentage among NFL coaches, a Super Bowl winner, and coach of the F leet doesn’t appear until the th ir d page of Google search results for “Martz” (and even then only commenting on Sean McVay, you have to go to page 4 before you get something that’s actually about Martz ) . He appears just after Randy Martz, an early ‘80s C ubs pitcher with 68 career appearances.

funny the first blip is on McVay...who could follow a similar trajectory. “Genius” to afterthought. I’d say chances are better than long term success. I have no basis for it, just my spidey sense.
The Bengals...they hired McVay’s peach fuzzed assistant and they can’t fill a coordinator position now...in the NFL! I think smart coaches are avoiding this guy like the plague...even the desperate ones have no interest.
